Both opensuse/tumbleweed and Alt Linux have upgraded to glibc-2.34,
causing the CI testing to fail.  Disable seccomp (which is not needed
anyway, since GA uses throwable virtual environments anyway).

options: --security-opt seccomp=unconfined
