Update the flashrom manpage
- Add missing entries for nicintel and satamv. - Add various programmers to those that support the 'pci=' option. - Small cosmetic, whitespace, grammar or consistency fixes. - Update the date of last change of the manpage. - Add Stefan Tauner to the list of authors. Corresponding to flashrom svn r1339.
