Add a bunch of new/tested stuff and various small changes 23

Miscellaneous:
 - Add board enable for abit KN9 Ultra.
 - Mark ARM-USB-OCD as working OK.
 - Use "mobile devices" instead of "laptops" in output.
 - Tiny other stuff.
