Add support for the 10b7:9058 3COM NIC (3C905B: Cyclone 10/100/BNC)

Browse Source 
Also, add Atmel AT29C512 support.

Both are tested on hardware by Maciej Pijanka.

Corresponding to flashrom svn r566.
