Cattus QQ	2e6b0510cf	Add Glasgow to supported serprog programmers documentation ... Updated the serprog overview page with info about the Glasgow Interface Explorer as a valid programmer. Wasn't able to test as the project wouldnt compile with meson for me (MacOS 15.1) but tried to make it as similar as possible to what was already there.
