Anastasia Klimchuk	02bc0b2c53	dediprog: Init-shutdown test for dediprog ... This patch adds mocks for libusb functions. To avoid dependency on libusb.h, libusb symbols for context and device handle are redefined. Real libusb functions are never called in tests anyway, cmocka wraps work with this without complaints. Nico Huber	0e408f99c6	tests: Start port-i/o mocking framework ... This will be used to mock the i/o needs of indvidiual programmer drivers. For each programmer driver, a `struct io_mock` can be registered to dispatch inb()/outb() and friends.
