Add enum CHIPSET_400_SERIES_COMET_POINT and treat it identically to CHIPSET_300_SERIES_CANNON_POINT. Add PCI IDs for Comet Lake, CML-U Premium and classify as CHIPSET_400_SERIES_COMET_POINT.
