This patch checks return value of register_par_master()
so that in case of an error this error is not ignored anymore.

It was impossible to register a const struct par_master that would
point to dynamically allocated `data`. Fix that so that we won't
have to create more mutable globals.

Register_programmer suggests that we register a programmer. However,
that function registers a master for a given bus type, and a programmer
may support multiple masters (e.g. SPI, FWH). Rename a few other
functions to be more consistent.

Due to the mysterious address handling of this chip the user can specify
a base address with the offset parameter, e.g.:
flashrom -p atavia:offset=0xFFF00000
