Add Region 9 for Intel Meteor Lake; update missing regions. * Include Region 9 as officially required for Intel Meteor Lake platform. * Incorporate missing region names from https://github.com/coreboot/coreboot/blob/main/util/ifdtool/ifdtool.c for completeness.
